Good ideas to follow for a healthy life After a period of rapidly deteriorating health due to I believe from statins, I was sent to an NHS physiotherapist who could find no reason for my aches and pains, but suggested The 4 Pillar Plan. Dr Rangan Chatterjee makes reading this book interesting, giving facts and figures when required, but really gives good honest advice which is easy to follow and achieve.
