Beautifully made I love this little book. First day in and who knows if I will stick to it but it’s a perfect size and looks good. My one is the A6 size and perfect to get food data in. The only negative I would say is the bottom of the page with the body stats on every page. No ones going to measure every day so maybe this should be every 7 days with a small gap on other days to write in mood/feelings for the day

Lovley, discrete journal for recording daily food/exercise Lovley discreet notebook for recording what you have eaten.There are 2 pages for each day, first page for recording breakfast /lunch/dinner/snacks/water and the calories for each, the second page is split into 2 parts for recording exercise.From the description I had hoped this would help me record my food planning as well, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Good book Really good book. Small enough to put in handbag but big enough to write in, even has a space for water consumption and seperate places to write cv and weights. A good buy
