Some much needed fun in the way of playing a game! I’ve never personally been a fan of using cards to determine a workout, although I do see the value it adds… Some much needed fun in the way of playing a game! This is exactly what HIIT The Game By Stack 52 brings to the table (or gym if you like).HIIT as I’m sure you’ll already be aware stands for high intensity interval training. If you’re unfamiliar with HIIT, I’ll briefly sum it up for you… The idea is that you complete intense bursts of exercise at maximum effort in…

Just what I needed to get me moving! I have given myself seven months to get back in shape and be a fit Dad next summer. Like many people out there I struggle with time (and at times motivation) to go to the gym. I subscribed to tabata workout in my younder years and deciding what to do from the hundreds of body weight movements meant I am often frozen by choice. Now, I just roll the dice, pull the cards and sweat. Next day feel a little sore but happy… First try I rolled a six on the die, pulled free exercises of each…

Fun Love the game! I hadnt done any exercise for over 2 years and it was a nice way to ease back into it but also in a way that improved my fitness fast. I didnt start off by actually using the rules, I just used the cardio deck to begin with and selected a few interval cards to add a bit of difference. But now I use them all and it’s a lot of fun. The only downside is that there are so many core, legs and cardio in the pack that means theres hardly any arms and chest unless you buy expansions.
