The lessons are great to fit into a daily, busy routine The lessons are very good indeed, I have enjoyed them all and kait’s explanations are very good. The beginner lesson however is not really for beginners to this type of training as it’s incorporates a lot of yoga moves, which require good core strength, flexibility and balance

Great for beginners Easy to follow classes. Kait has a really calming teaching style which makes you want to keep progressing through the videos. I’ve been doing these at least twice a week for the past few months and feel so much better for it. I hope she does more!
