Somehow Better AND Worse than you’d think Solitary Fitness contains a surprising amount of sound, solid information on Diet and Nutrition, on supplements and other areas of health often neglected. but the solitary exercises in the book are poorly explained with less than good pictures to show you how they’re done. If you buy this book, also buy Charles Atlas’ Body Building Course, as it contains many of the same exercises explained better and with more accurate pictures.
