Great tool for every gym-goer I have run several programmes in the past, mainly focusing around powerlifting, with an initial period of just general fitness and mass gain, and believe this log works well for both. This log has an excellent cookie cutter template for programmes such as Stronglifts 5×5 or ice cream fitness 5×5 due to its ease of use and easy to understand layout. Not bad value for what I paid for it In my opinion, the pages are well laid out and logical, the “My progress” pages at the back are useful, although writing my 3 digit weight in the boxes was a bit tight. However, there are no superfluous fields or gimmicky pages in this book which is great and I like the handy notes section at the bottom of each page.If I were to get another I would prefer a hard cover as it arrived a bit beaten on the corners and makes me wonder how it would fare in my gym bag. Excellent! 5*+ This log seems to be designed specifically for weight training. I’m doing a body weight program but it was very easy to adapt it to my use. I do strength calisthenics on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and cardio on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I write in the calisthenics log with a black pen circling the day on the page. I then circle the cardio day with a red pen and circle that day. Monday and Tuesday share a page as do Wednesday and Thursday and Friday and Saturday. The adaptability of this…
