This is as equally good as Pumping Iron, and much better than Generation Iron.A great display of commitment, focus, dedication from an inspirational athlete.Just shows that you should never give up on your dreams, the road to success isn’t always clear.Even as a triathlete, I found Romane’s work ethic and attitude inspiring and I’ll certainly apply it more to my sport
Truly motivational film I have only ever done weight training before not to the standard shown in this film. I plan to take it up again in the near future. I would honestly say that watching this does make you think anything is possible with a bit of effort and positive thinking. I admire Romane’s dedication, especially suffering from the ailment that he got from abroad, and yet did not give in as others might have done. Great film.
Definitely worth a watch! You’ll get off your arse and train!! Seeing the progress Romane made from not placing at the 2013 British to winning it in incredibly motivational, especially with the numerous set backs and injuries, as well as his younger years.
