5 Stars. The must have guide to physical and mental health I absolutely loved this book. I have read so many of these books in the past and put them down 20 or 30 pages in. I read Brian’s book in 2 days! Then read it again, cover to cover 2 days later! Not only is there so much to learn from this book, it is so clear and easy to read for anyone at all. Brilliant book by a top guy. Love it.
