Seriously good book! I am finding this book really helpful in my work as a Yoga Teacher. It is a ‘serious’ book, in that it is scientifically informative which is rare with Yoga books. There is also a good bibliography and notes for further investigation. Excellent!
Great resource ð Up to date information for the yoga field. In depth writing and good knowledge for mental health practitioners. Holistic approach, enriching and useful when working with vulnerable groups and everyday.
An amazing resource… This book is an excellent resource in helping me to evolve my yoga teaching knowledge. Containing a lot of scientific information, which is very important for me. I cannot recommend it highly enough and I will go back to it time and time again. 10/10.
