Awesome book – highly recommended it. This book is incredibly comprehensive – yet really accessible. It brings yoga therapy to life, it has a lot of depth and is also practical. As an almost qualified yoga therapist I feel this book will be a great resource for me, not just for digestive health but also a holistic understanding and approach to my work. I would highly recommend it for any yoga teacher and or therapist.

Brain and gut reactions A beautifully written work, confidently portraying an excellent subject knowledge of yoga and the development of the whole alimentary canal from conception. Four stars at the moment because I am only half way through! I suffer with digestive health due to medication and frequent bouts of anxiety and am seeking new insights into gut brain, brain gut conversations and look forward to the next chapters on practice, although I have been taking on advice such as freeing the jaw and neck, instep…

Excellent Excellent book incorporating yoga therapy and somatic education into nutritional therapy. Charlotte Watts is highly knowledgeable and has certainly added to my learning journey to qualify as a yoga therapist. I would recommend this book to anyone interested into balancing nutrition with yoga therapy for digestive health.
