Good for beginners Good for beginners or those stuck in a bit of a rut doing the same things in the gym.The book splits up parts of the body and then focuses on one exercise, and then different variations of that exercise with instructions on how to perform them. Anyone who is used to training in the gym and putting together their own training plans may already be familiar with most of the exercises in this book.

Good value, just not for me Big chunky book, but not my favourite reference for exercises if I’m honest. I find it a bit wordy, and a bit much to take in. If you are looking for a simplified guide for beginners that clearly shows the movements then this maybe isn’t for you (in my opinion!)
