Convenience exercise tool I have been very satisfied with these resistance bands since day 1 of getting them. Rantizone Resistance Bands They are excellent exercise bands. I used them yesterday in my pilates class. The extra light I used for upper body exercises. The heavy band for pulling exercise from lying on my back to come into sitting position. It was so good to have some kind of support without hurting my back. The price was so reasonable among all the exercise bands on offer. It’s worth the money. In my exercise class every body was admiring the bands. I will be buying more for my family. Thanks.
Great beginner bands I wasn’t sure what to expect but these bands would be great for beginners or anyone looking to make their workout slightly harder. I exercise a lot and didn’t feel much benefit from them (I only used them for squats). Maybe if I used them for arms I’d feel something. I’m going to take them to the gym and use them when I’m doing barbell squats to make it a little harder.
