Not bad This is a good exercise DVD needs a booklet for the diet side if things. Just telling us about it on the DVD is not that helpfulexercise DVD but there is no paperwork booklet re her diet advice which is on the DVD. Makes it difficult to follow unless you write it all down

Great workout Good workout DVD but they don’t demonstrate the exercise beforehand so you are a bit taken away, my advice is to explain what each round is going to involve

We didn’t hate this dvd but it did have some annoying aspects … We didn’t hate this dvd but it did have some annoying aspects like the counting into the exercises. Problem also with this dvd is it assumed you had already reached your ideal weight & so found the exercises didn’t really gradually build up to the high intensity ones.
