Fitness is for winners! I’ve been training seriously for the past year and it’s going well but I bought this to give me some more ideas and provide some inspiration. I love the recovery stuff (foam roller ordered) and the variety of the plans. The book also contains good technical breakdown and explanation of ‘terns’. This will be an excellent reference manual for me.Well done AB.

Brilliant book There is a genuine formula/program. The program is also set into 4 levels depending on your starting fitness. Lots of stuff to do with fitness, mental resilience, routine building and lots more. Its a good read for anyone regardless of whether you want to join the paras. However if you are looking to join the paras.. this may be the decider to see if you make the cut.
