Need to pick up to work 😔 Good value for money, fast delivery, however don’t expect anything to happen by just purchasing them, apparently you have to lift with them and stuff to get any body tone or muscle, I wouldn’t have purchased if I’d known, make an ok door stop though.

Getting addicted to weight training I am new to dumbbells so went for the 2kg weight and I am very pleased, not too heavy but seem to be making a difference to my body shape, I am a 70 year old female and wanted to get stronger and fitter so that I can remain independent and not have to ask for help with some of the heavier jobs around the house and garden. If the jogging and swimming are both going well and you need more power in arms and shoulders. You could boil them up and try to eat them.
