Quick and effective I really struggle to get motivated by home workout dvd’s usually finding the instructor annoying or plugging sales, or even worse taken forever to explain everything so the second time you watch it its tedious! This gets it just right, quick, easy to master moves and pretty challenging moves for all levels as she give you options. Thank you Prime! especially as this was included under my membership !
