a great quick workout Great quick workout session, it’s perfect for when you have limited time but want to have a workout.if you are unfamiliar with exercises then you will probably need to do it a few times before you become used to how to do the movements as they are not explained first, but you will learn that the more times you do it.

Great! At first this seemed a bit too little. But as they say the more you put into it the more you get out of it. Doing this after 2 weeks (about 4x’s per week, with other similar videos) I am noticing a difference in so many areas! Also have a bit more definition going on and a lost a few lbs and inches! Perfect for short amount of time and get a decent work out done! (Recommend also the bigger butt and breasts – sounds funny but it’s great for legs and arms).
