Its a new Fitbit and works flawlessly. No sync issues I was a bit concerned after reading all the negative reviews about “sync” issues and “erratic” Bluetooth connectivity. Design alone puts this ahead of the charge 2 – the rest is gravy I’m only on day two of owning the charge 3, but so far, incredibly satisfied with it.
