Great Durable Bands, for Beginners or Fitness Fanatics These resistance Exercise bands by Gritin come with a small mesh carry bag for convenience (also allowing the bands to breathe) as well as a instruction leaflet giving you some examples of exercises that you can do with the bands.There are 5 Bands in the set, ranging from Extra Light to extra heavy. Getting fit is colourful What I liked was they arrived 2days sooner than expected! I really like the fact that the bands are colour coded and the level of difficulty is printed on each one. I bruise very easily but these bands have been very kind to my sensitive skin. Getting fit is rather enjoyable. The instruction booklet is in many languages with self explanatory pictures. The bands and booklet fit nicely into a carrying bag. The icing on the cake though is all products from this store come with a lifetime…

Resistance band with heavy ,light.x light and medium

Customer Video Review Length:: 0:33 Mins I am happy that these bands comes with 2 heavy and then the other ines are light,x light and medium .They are very flexible and easy to useWith different colours so you know which colour belongs to heavy or light .The small black bag to keep them save .X light is good for my daughter .Good quality thank you.
